1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept a cancellation.

2. Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

For products that arrive faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the fault. We may ask you to provide photographs or other evidence to help us assess the issue.

3. Al-Sahar Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty on Al-Sahar clocks and watches against manufacturer defects.

The warranty covers faults resulting from manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

• Misuse or improper use of the product.

• Accidental damage.

• Damage caused by neglect or failure to follow the product instructions.

• Any other damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose of the product.

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

The incorrect item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange either:

• A replacement with the correct item, subject to availability; or

• A full refund if the correct item is not available in stock.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
